Yoss Bali Holiday TOURS & TRAVEL acts only in capacity as a handling agent, who are subject to the terms and conditions to the third party, and limitations of imposing liability by them e.g. hoteliers, airlines, car rental, restaurant operators, adventure company, whose services are utilize by Yoss Holiday TOURS & TRAVEL.

CONFIRMATION
Will always be made by a Facsimile or an E–mail, as soon as possible. Once the inquiry has been confirm, we will return in to your kind attention by sending a Final confirmation to be sign both of us.

PAYMENT
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon Confirmation. And Final Payment to be settle 21 days to arrival (Low Season), or 90 days to arrival (High & Peak Season).

CANCELLATION
Any cancellation for confirmed reservation may result the penalty as follow :  

Cancellation policy on high season period, is also considered to the high season penalty policy. All the terms are flexible, as long there is written agreement from both parties regarding this cancellation system matter.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
With potential medical, liability, cancellation risks involved in holidays, travel insurance is important, as deposits and final payments are not refundable after a reservation has been confirmed. We highly recommend to buy an all-inclusive travel insurance package which covers all your expenses if you need to cancel your holiday due to personal reasons or a world event.
